Structural Steel Welding & Fitting Careers Built to Last

JGM operates a 60,000-square-foot heavy industrial steel fabrication shop supporting large-scale infrastructure and bridge projects nationwide. Our work demands precision, coordination, and consistency and it’s backed by AISC and AWS standards that reflect the seriousness of what we build.

What You’ll Do

Weld using FCAW, MIG, and TIG processes as needed
Read weld symbols and shop drawings
Maintain a safety-first, quality-driven approach
Work as part of a collaborative fabrication team

What You’ll Do

Interpret drawings, blueprints, and tolerances
Fit and fabricate carbon steel components
Safely operate cranes and shop equipment
Work collaboratively in a safety-first culture
