Industry-leading industrial construction and fabrication company adds leadership position to manage fabrication services, oversee transportation, and lead maintenance functions.
COATESVILLE, Pa. – JGM, an industry-leading industrial construction and fabrication company based in Coatesville, Pennsylvania is proud to appoint Conestoga, Pennsylvania resident, Frank Bardo III, as Vice President of Fabrication.
“With over 30 years’ experience in steel fabrication, Frank has extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with all aspects of the industry. From serving as an ironworker, to managing teams of over 100 individuals, and even developing tools to gather feedback regarding project safety, quality, and productivity, Frank’s skillsets will allow him to succeed in this leadership position,” said Joe Messner, Jr., founder and president at JGM.
In his role, Frank Bardo III will be responsible for managing JGM’s fabrication services, which will include safety training, acquiring talent, scheduling work, collaborating with the estimating department, and project planning. In addition to overseeing the fabrication sector, Bardo will manage JGM’s transportation offerings with a focus on acquiring new customers. Additional job responsibilities will include recommending and justifying new equipment purchases for JGM’s fabrication shop.
After graduating from Pennsylvania College of Technology with a certification in welding technology, Bardo began his career as an ironworker. As he gained valuable experience, he held positions such as Chief Fabrication Planner, Plant Manager, Project Engineer, and in his latest role, VP of Operations at a steel fabrication company based out of Delmar, Delaware.
