Q3 2024 Company Updates

I can’t believe the holiday season is upon us! This is my favorite time of the year. Eagles’ games, holiday parties, sweatshirt weather, firepits, and more!

As we close out another successful quarter at JGM, I want to take a moment to reflect on our accomplishments and express my gratitude to each of you—our teammates, vendors, and customers. Our commitment to excellence, safety, and growth continues to drive our success, and this past quarter was no exception.

First, I’m thrilled to report on the great success of our Annual AISC Steel Day Event. We hosted over 300 people at our facility, including customers, vendors, employees, students, and engineers. The event provided a behind-the-scenes tour of our heavy fabrication facility, giving our guests a firsthand look at the precision, innovation, dedication, and hard work that define JGM. Events like these remind me just how proud I am of the work we do and the talented team behind it all. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making Steel Day such a memorable experience.

A key highlight this quarter was the completion of the installation of (7) 20-ton and (1) 30-ton overhead cranes across our Coatesville and Sinking Spring facilities. These new cranes have significantly increased our lifting capacity at both plants, enhancing our ability to take on more complex projects and improving our overall operational reliability. We’re excited to put these new toys to full use.

In addition to physical growth, we’ve continued to invest in the growth of our team. This quarter marked the launch of the final phase of our Leadership Development Program. The program now encompasses all leadership levels—from the fabrication floor to the field and our executive leadership team. I’m excited about the future, knowing that our team is equipped with the tools, training, and mentorship necessary to lead with confidence and skill. Our people are the heartbeat of JGM. I have no doubt we’ll continue to achieve great things as we foster leadership at all levels of the organization.

As we move forward into the final quarter of the year, I want to remind everyone to stay focused, stay safe, and continue delivering the excellence that sets us apart. But, most importantly, as we approach the holiday season, I encourage you to take time to enjoy moments with your family and loved ones. This time of year is special to me, and I hope you, too, find joy in connecting with those who matter most. Our work is important, but the relationships we build outside of work are invaluable.

As always, we’re grateful for our team’s dedication and hard work as they continue the pursuit of becoming the Safest, Fastest, and Most Effective Fabricator and Constructor in North America!

I hope you and your family have a happy holiday season.

GO EAGLES!! E-A-G-L-E-S

Cheers!
