In October of 2014, JGM supplied a lump sum proposal for the fabrication and erection of 750 tons of galvanized structural steel framing for Sam Adams Brewery’s new tank farm.

This project needed to be 100% complete by the last week of December when JGM would need to offload, rig and set 45 vessels arriving from Germany.

In order to avoid major expenses for offloading and storing these vessels, JGM partnered with their detailing firm and galvanizing company to put together an extremely detailed schedule that allowed them to not only meet the desired end date, but to surpass it.

Although there were three other bidders, JGM was the only one who could meet the demanding timeframe, finishing three days ahead of schedule.
