JGM is proud to showcase the successful installation of North America’s first High-Speed (HS) Trim & Packaging Line, operating at an industry-leading 1,800 meters per minute, alongside a Heavy-Gauge (HG) Trim & Packaging Line for Aluminum Dynamics in Columbus, MS.
This landmark project demanded precision at scale. Our team set and aligned 397 tons of equipment for the HG Line and 386 tons for the HS Line — both to an exacting 0.5mm tolerance. JGM also erected 98 tons of structural steel for the HS Line and 84 tons for the HG Line, completing the project with 18,000 field labor hours logged.
Backed by our expert millwrights and ironworkers, this installation reflects JGM’s commitment to seamless, high-performance execution — setting a new industry benchmark for precision and efficiency in advanced manufacturing infrastructure.
