We don’t react to risk — we design it out. We don’t treat safety as a box to check — we treat it as a system, a standard, and a shared responsibility. Our people are trained, empowered, and expected to speak up, stop work, and protect one another. That is the JGM way.
Our dedicated Safety department sets the standard, but safety doesn’t stop there. Across every department at JGM, representatives serve on our Safety Committee — a group our people have proudly dubbed the Hazard Hunters. Together, they are the eyes, ears, and voice of safety throughout the entire organization.
