Meet the Hazard Heroes
We are thrilled to introduce our 2024 Safety Committee Team, known as the Hazard Heroes. The following team members meet monthly to discuss relevant safety topics, upcoming training, hands-on vendor visits, shop and field incidents, safety videos, and our Good Catch Incentive Program. We are grateful for our Hazard Heroes and their role in fostering a culture of safety at JGM.

The Good Catch Incentive Program
Our team is the most important factor in achieving our mission to be the safest, fastest, and most effective industrial fabricator and constructor in North America. In order to achieve this, we encourage employees to immediately report potential hazards or incidents to their supervisor or superintendent. As a part of our Good Catch Incentive Program, team members who report safety concerns will earn points which they can redeem for swag and gear through our online store.

JGM Joins the National Safety Council & ABC STEP Program
Recently, JGM became members of the National Safety Council and ABC STEP Program. Through these partnerships, our team has gained access to additional safety resources including live and on-demand webinars, safety toolkits, signage to be displayed throughout our plants and job sites, networking opportunities, and events that can enhance our skills and knowledge and help keep everyone safe. Both organizations will support JGM in building a relationship with OSHA (Construction Focus Four Training, National Stand Downs, etc.) and help reduce the company’s Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR). We look forward to expanding our safety culture and achieving world-class safety as members of these industry organizations!
