I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season with family and friends—it went by way too fast! 2024 was another remarkable year for the JGM family, thanks to everyone’s hard work, dedication, and grit. We accomplished incredible feats this year. Here are just a few of the highlights!
The Construction Group completed a bar joist roof reinforcing project with over 160,000 man-hours—all while the facility remained operational. We also installed over 1,400 tons of equipment for a push pull pickle line at a new steel mill in Arkansas and constructed a rocket launch tower base structure in southern Texas.
The Fabrication Group delivered over 3,000 tons of steel for a new NFL stadium, 7,500 tons of steel for JFK International Airport, a rocket launch base mount structure, and a new railroad bridge for a steel mill in North Carolina.
Meanwhile, our Transportation Group ensured everything arrived safely and on time—it is always impressive to see those massive, fabricated pieces of steel rolling down the road!
As proud as I am of these achievements, I am most proud of our safety performance. In 2024, JGM worked over 500,000 man-hours, surpassing 2,000,000 man-hours without a lost-time incident. This reflects a culture of caring and accountability, not just compliance.
A strong company culture is key to safe and profitable growth. Company culture is only as strong as its leadership. This year, we launched a company-wide leadership development program to cultivate a team of elite leaders who can solve our customers’ toughest challenges. It has been inspiring to see so many individuals step up, and I am excited about their future contributions.
Our team’s generosity was on full display this year, donating over 600 toys to the Toys for Tots program. Watching the office fill up with donations was amazing—we may need a bigger delivery truck next year!
Lastly, I am thrilled to announce that JGM Fabricators & Constructors ranked #425 on Engineering News-Record’s Top 600 Specialty Contractors in the US. This recognition reflects the hard work and commitment to excellence of every teammate.
Thank you to our teammates, customers, vendors, and partners for making all these accomplishments possible. Together, we continue to lead the heavy fabrication and industrial construction industry in safety, quality, and innovation.
Here is to a healthy and prosperous 2025—let us keep building success, one project at a time!
Cheers!
