I hope everyone enjoyed some well-deserved downtime over the holiday season. It’s a chance to reset not just for business, but also for family, health, and personal growth. It’s also the perfect opportunity to reflect and take a visionary look at the year ahead.
What went well last year? What are we proud of? What could we have done differently? Asking those questions not with regret, but with intentions is what separates good teams from great teams. I believe 2026 is the year we take another big step forward.
This year marks a major milestone: JGM’s 25th Anniversary!
What started as a small steel fabrication & erection company back in 2001, has grown into a national industrial construction & fabrication player, trusted by some of the top fortune 500 owners. That growth is the result of two and a half decades of grit, resilience, and relentless commitment to excellence.
Most importantly, it’s the result of our people.
We now have several team members who are approaching and, in some cases, have already surpassed 20 years of service with JGM. That kind of loyalty and consistency is rare in any industry, and it speaks volumes about the culture we’ve built together.
As we step into our 25th year, we’re entering it with momentum.
Our backlog heading into 2026 is over $70 million, and we’re poised to take on some of the most exciting and complex work we’ve ever done. From heavy fabrication and field construction to technology integration and quality initiatives, we are ready.
This year, we will continue to invest in our people, our systems, and our culture. You’ll hear more about upcoming training, leadership development, and how we’re strengthening our Uncompromising Safety & Quality initiatives to support our long-term vision: to become the safest, fastest, and most effective industrial construction and fabrication partner in North America.
Let’s make 2026 our best year yet!
Cheers,
Joe Messner, Jr.
