JGM Announces Three Strategic Leadership Hires to Drive National Growth

 

Company Adds Vice President of Business Development, Director of Marketing, and Director of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development to Fuel Expansion Across Industrial Construction and Steel Fabrication Markets

 

Coatesville, PA — JGM, a leading industrial construction and steel fabrication company, today announced the addition of three accomplished industry leaders to its executive team. The appointments of Brian M. Jones, PMP as Vice President of Business Development; Amy DePaoli as Director of Marketing; and Garrick Weaver, SPHR SHRM-SCP as Director of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development reflect the company’s commitment to building the infrastructure needed to become a nationally recognized force in industrial construction.

These strategic hires signal a significant chapter in JGM’s growth trajectory. Together, Jones, DePaoli, and Weaver bring deep sector expertise and a proven record of scaling organizations; equipping JGM with the commercial reach, brand presence, and talent pipeline required to compete and win on a national stage.

Brian M. Jones, PMP — Vice President of Business Development

Brian joins JGM with more than 20 years of experience driving revenue expansion and market positioning across the industrial engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) sectors. A strategic growth leader with a hands-on technical foundation, he brings a rare combination of full-cycle capture planning, competitive intelligence, and deep client relationship management having served key markets in pulp and paper, refining, chemicals, metals, and power.

Most recently, Brian served as Director of Business Development at Yates Construction, where he led market expansion initiatives across engineering, construction, and maintenance divisions. His earlier career spans senior project controls and engineering roles at KBR, BE&K, and Robins & Morton, as well as operations leadership at MAHLE Group. He holds a Master of Science in Construction Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from Tennessee Technological University. Jones also holds PMP, CM-Lean, and OSHA 30-Hour certifications.

Amy DePaoli — Director of Marketing

Amy joins JGM as Director of Marketing, bringing more than two decades of marketing leadership experience spanning logistics, food and beverage, retail, and consumer brands. She has a demonstrated history of building marketing functions from the ground up, driving measurable growth, and establishing compelling brand identities for companies navigating rapid expansion.

Most recently, Amy served as Director of Marketing at honeygrow, where she oversaw brand strategy, paid and organic media, public relations, and digital experience while supporting 30% annual unit count growth. Prior to that, she spent more than six years as Director of Marketing at Pilot Freight Services, driving lead generation, internal and external communications, and rebranding efforts tied to the company’s M&A activity. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Providence College.

Garrick Weaver, SPHR, SHRM-SCP — Director of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Development

Garrick joins JGM to lead the company’s talent acquisition and workforce development strategy. A Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), he is a trusted HR leader with extensive experience building scalable hiring pipelines, designing workforce development programs, and cultivating high-performance cultures across complex, multi-site organizations including manufacturing, utilities, and professional services.

Garrick was recognized as the Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year in 2023. He most recently served as an HR Business Partner/Consultant at Cozen O’Connor and previously held senior HR leadership roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, Penn Power Group, and Rhoads Industries. In those roles, he led union and non-union recruiting, reduced turnover, and built workforce frameworks that aligned talent strategy with business growth. He holds a Master of Science in Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in History, both from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, as well as a certificate in Project Management from Penn State University.
