We are an AISC Certified Steel Erector and have some of the top ironworkers in the country on our team, including highly skilled AWS-certified welders. In combination with leadership and craft training, our supervisors are OSHA 30 trained, and all journeymen are OSHA 10 trained. Each project is supported by a detailed, site-specific erection plan identifying the construction sequence and bracing, crane plan, critical lifts, and overall site logistics. The most successful projects are planned and planned again on paper before we hit the field.

Fun Fact: JGM erected over 9,000 tons of steel for a 750,000 SF Amazon mezzanine. This project was completed in just 6 weeks utilizing 60 workers onsite, 7 days per week. Ongoing training of our team is critical to maintaining this level of performance.
